Juan Monteverde hadn’t always planned to have his own law firm. In fact, like many attorneys Monteverde had other goals when he first started California State University in Northridge. He graduated with a BS in Finance because he had a strong interest in financial markets and the global economy. However, after taking a part time job at a law firm Monteverde realized that law really fascinated him. He got to experience what it was like to work on a case when he was assigned to a two week case. He worked hard and helped two landowners fight for land they believed was theirs. As a result, he won the case for his clients and realized that it felt good to help people become more financially stable and win cases.

The future lawyer always was able to demonstrate incredible focus and eagerness to succeed. He enrolled in St. Thomas University’s School of Law and gained respect from professors and classmates. Monteverde was able to travel and find work taking high profile commercial and governmental cases. His pursuits led him to work as a civil litigation attorney and later as an attorney representing fraud victims. The attorney decided to open his own law firm and expand his services. At Monteverde & Associates he represents shareholders who feel like their rights have been violated.
