Andrew Lazarus has worked in the real estate investment business since he was 18 and had been investing since 1997. He started as a “flipper” of houses, buying and reselling homes to make a profit.
In 2003, Andrew Lazarus founded his current company, the Lazarus Investment Group, in Torrance, California. The company has grown exponentially, with Andrew serving as the Chairman and CEO.
He also is the founder of The Underground Investor, a website dedicated to educating investors in his field and other related topics.
- Philanthropy
Andrew Lazarus is a member of the Balfour Foundation, which gives back to Sanford Meals on Wheels. He also serves on the board of directors for the International Rescue Committee.
This non-profit organization works to provide humanitarian aid primarily to Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon.
He also supports several charities, such as Shark Tank Ocean, that help to save the coral reefs, a cause he cares deeply about.
He was also the first Jew to be accepted into Yale’s exclusive Skull and Bones society.
Andrew Lazarus’ success is primarily attributed to his belief in the law of attraction.
